Context
Popsa is an AI-powered platform that enables millions of people to curate, preserve, and relive their memories through thoughtfully designed printed photo products. While the business had achieved significant growth through its native mobile app, the next opportunity was to expand access to users arriving through the web.

The problem
The existing experience required users to download the app before they could begin creating a product, introducing friction into the conversion journey and creating a barrier for high-intent web traffic. The challenge was to translate the native product experience to the web while maintaining the flexibility and customisation users expected from the app.

The solution
To evaluate the opportunity, I created a proof of concept for a web-based photobook creation experience. By mapping the existing journey and identifying key points of friction, I explored how users could begin creating without first downloading the app. The resulting prototype validated a potential direction that balanced speed, customisation, and experience, helping stakeholders assess the viability of expanding beyond the native app.
