The brief was to help Specsavers improve their digital products and services by defining a set of standards that would bring greater consistency and clarity to every customer journey.


I helped developed the 'Specsavers Digital Design Standards', a scalable framework that guides how digital services look, behave and are delivered across eight global markets.


The standards continue to evolve, providing a shared foundation for design, user experience and brand across the organisation.
